Lit your dreams is a sole proprietorship. Founded by Maribel Feito in 2012. Maribel and the team believe in finding magic every day, and enjoying their tasks. So we aim for the best work environment.

According to Agile Strategy we have an operational structure working in a non- hierarchical manner. We try to maintain a more flexible system to respond quickly to shifts and changes in the environment, with customer-centricity, open communication and autonomous teams. Each department obtains an amount of operational freedom while adhering to the bigger strategy and operation plan.
